Badu IKC is the fourth to join our network of 10 Indigenous Knowledge Centres in the Torres Strait managed by Torres Strait Island Regional Council. Our Indigenous Knowledge Centres endeavour to deliver new technology, literacy and learning programs to empower our communities through shared learning experiences. Thousands of ebooks, magazines, audio and online music and film. We provide access to a large number of authoritative eresources: online journals, newspapers and websites, online training courses, company information, legislation, music scores and recordings and encyclopedias. Much of this information in the eresources is not available freely elsewhere on the web.

Free self-paced tutorials, online classes and videos on a range of topics including technology, math, career and everyday life skills.

What does Outback tourism look like in your community?
