Austlit is bio-bibliographical database of Australian storytelling covering Australian literature, storytelling, theatre, film and television, with biographical information, full text content, exhibitions and rich online experiences. A collaboration between several Australian universities and the National Library of Australia, it provides authoritative information on creative and critical works of Australian literature, with coverage spanning from 1780 until the present day.

Access AustLit.

  • Select Rural Libraries Queensland or Indigenous Knowledge Centre from Library Name drop down box

  • Enter your library barcode and pin.
