Rural Libraries Queensland (RLQ) and Indigenous Knowledge Centres (IKC) is a collaboration between local governments and the State Library of Queensland to provide high quality public library services to rural Queensland's people.


To enjoy free membership, you must live or travel in the RLQ and IKC council areas.
